This product has appeared for the first time in Iran and even in the world. It is tried to prepare and produce a complete feed for livestock by recycling the rumen contents of the slaughterhouse after slaughtering the animals and applying special physical, chemical and microbial formulations. The economic and operational advantages of this plan include the following:
Preventing the storage and disposal of rumen contents of slaughterhouses, which has caused many environmental problems (spread of environmental pollution and underground water), especially in industrial metropolises.
Digestive juice:
Production of animal feed from inexpensive disposable waste materials with very high nutritional value and at a price of about half the price of daily feed, which will lead to a reduction in the total price and the production of cheap animal products.
It is a by-product produced in animal slaughterhouses and is extremely valuable and semi-digested food that is obtained after animal slaughter and is collected as an unused waste in the slaughterhouse area and causes environmental pollution.
This product is obtained during the process of dehydrating the contents of the rumen and is rich in beneficial microorganisms and digestive enzymes. which can be a suitable culture medium for the production of enzymes and probiotics.

Possible risks of consumption and treatment methods:
Since the ingredients of this product are based on common items used in animal nutrition (also based on existing chemical and microbial analyses), there is no risk for consumption, but in the conditions that the consumption of this product, like other ration food items, without observing habituation 10 If it is done for up to 14 days, it may lead to digestive problems such as acidosis and flatulence. In the manger, adding magnesium oxide at the rate of 40 grams per head and also adding some yeast and probiotic and prebiotic compounds available in the market according to the manufacturer’s recommendation, eliminated acidosis. It should be noted that other treatment methods such as antibiotic therapy can be used to solve the problem of acidosis based on the veterinarian’s diagnosis.
In order to improve the problems caused by flatulence, according to the recommendations of the veterinarian, common pharmaceutical compounds should be used to neutralize the foam produced in the rumen (it should be noted that due to the fibrous nature of the product, the occurrence of flatulence is very unlikely)
After doing the above and getting better, the amount of feed consumed should be slowly added to the ration within 14 days to reach the recommended amount.
The project to determine the nutritional value of rumen contents and its final product in 2013: In this study, which is the first scientific and practical study in the field of slaughterhouse rumen contents as animal feed, it is introduced. Valuable and practical results are attached as 4 scientific research articles.
Calf Breeding Project in 2012: Valuable results obtained from this study include better growth performance of calves receiving experimental treatment compared to basic diet, improvement of feed conversion ratio, daily weight gain was observed. It should be noted that from the economic point of view, diets formulated with rumen contents had a significant reduction compared to the control diet (23% reduction compared to the control diet). In terms of the concentration of some blood parameters as well as feed digestibility, 10-20% increase was reported. which is indexed in the Animal Nutrition British article. This journal is one of the valid journals in the scope of veterinary medicine and animal science.
Lamb Breeding Project in 2013: Valuable results obtained from this study include the better growth performance of lambs receiving ration containing 30% rumen contents compared to the basic ration (without processed rumen contents). 16% improvement in feed conversion ratio, 8% increase in daily lamb weight were other positive results of this project. It should be noted that the general results of this project in the form of a research article in Small Ruminant magazine are under review.
Dairy cow breeding project in 2018: The main results obtained from this study were that there was no drop in milk production in cows that received 15% rumen contents in their concentrate. Another important result of this study is the significant improvement in digestibility of nutrients in the group (dairy cows) receiving 15% increase in rumen contents. Also, the components of nitrogen balance in this group were far more positive than the control group that received the basic diet (soybean meal + cottonseed and wheat bran, etc.). In the end, as a general conclusion, the cows receiving the diet containing rumen contents compared to the basic diet (control) in terms of performance, in addition to not dropping, had a positive effect on some investigated traits.
Extraction of slaughterhouse rumen contents, separation of digestive juices from the solid part (semi-digested rumen food), dewatering of the solid phase, application of physical and chemical processing with permitted additives that can be used in animal feed, application of microbial processing by effective micro-organisms ) in order to ferment and produce necessary protein materials and other nutrients during the process of fermentation and ensiling the packages containing substrate and finally storage and providing ready-to-eat feed to livestock.
Technical analysis of the product:
The product resulting from the implementation of the project will be based on the results of the analysis conducted by the laboratory of Tehran University and the veterinary laboratory as follows:

The product produced by heat processing (dried final product) and with a moisture content of less than 9%, which has been bagged, can be stored in a dry and cool place for 1 year.
8% growth performance of calves receiving the experimental treatment (containing 20% rumen contents) compared to the basic diet (without processed rumen contents),
A 14% improvement in feed conversion ratio and a 10% increase in daily weight were observed.
23% reduction in the cost of diets formulated with rumen contents while maintaining good performance
5% improvement in the concentration of some blood parameters, as well as an increase in feed digestibility by 10-20%

The general results of this project in the form of a research article in Small Ruminant magazine are under review.
An internal scientific research article has been published in the veterinary journal of 2016.
The main results of this study:
No drop in milk production in cows that received 15% rumen contents in their concentrate
Significant improvement in digestibility of nutrients (5%)
Improvement of nitrogen balance (reduction of nitrogen urinary excretion and nitrogen consumption) in the recipient groups compared to the control group or the group containing the basic diet (soybean meal + cottonseed and wheat bran, etc.)
Cows receiving the diet containing rumen contents compared to the basic diet (control) in terms of performance, besides not dropping, had a positive effect on some investigated traits.
